PROCESSING TIME IS 5-7 weeks. I work in working business days. So 5 day work weeks not including weekends and holidays I appreciate your patience as I hand craft each of your weighted animals!

Item is made with SUBLIMATION, not vinyl. Sublimation does not crack, fade, lift, peel, etc.
Because each item is handmade, they may slightly vary or contain small imperfections.

1. Orders are FINAL. Due to the very personalized nature of my items we will not be able to cancel any orders once they have been placed.
2. Each item is handmade. ATVPNW strives to provide the upmost quality work. However, there occasionally may be small imperfections.
3. As a buyer. you must ensure that your sizing, information, spelling, etc. is correct when placing an order. Your information/spelling is directly copied from your message for all items.
4. As a buyer you must ensure that your shipping address is correct. ATVPNW will not be responsible for any additional posting/shipping fees if your item gets returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address. Please TRIPLE check that your address is correct.
5. Current processing time for weighted animals is 4-6 weeks.
6. We may use content of your item for advertising purposes across our different social media platforms. If you do not wish to have your item shown publicly for advertisement purposes please specify that in the notes of your item.

You will receive a tracking number once the item is being shipped.
Delivery time is solely based on delivery provider. Once your item has left ATVPNW, we are no longer responsible for it. You must contact delivery provider for any delivery delays or issues.
IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED:
This is the only time a refund or return is warranted. You must contact ATVPNW within FIVE days of receiving your item to report issues.
